My Story
Hello, I’m Nancy, originally from Canada, and the proud owner of 2 condos in Los Pelicanos: the original owner of #102 (Limon) buying in 2007 directly from the developer, Grupo Kaua, a builder in this area for more than 30 years. Then purchasing #206 (Segundo) in 2009. I have been a temporary, and then permanent resident since 2007, and now live fulltime just south of Playa since 2013.
Los Pelicanos is a wonderful building, with a strong condo board, which I currently seat on. It is in the highly coveted area of “Little Italy”, only 3 blocks to the famous 5th Ave and one more to the beach.
We utilize a professional management company for the daily operations. I have lived in my condo(s) and rented out both for long and mid/short term for over 18 years, having one tenant for over 5 years. If you choose to rent out your condo, I have a full clientele looking forward to meeting you😊
